PABCO® Exterior Gypsum Soffit Board is designed for application on the underside of exterior soffits, open porches, walkways, carport ceilings and similar installations that are completely protected from contact with liquid water. The core and paper of exterior gypsum soffit board has been treated to enhance its ability to resist sagging when applied in the prescribed manner.

PABCO Exterior Gypsum Soffit Board panels are manufactured 4 ft. wide with lengths of 12', 1/2" and 5/8" thicknesses with fire resistive type X cores are available. Tapered edges provide a recessed area that allows tape and joint treatment to be used to create a monolithic (flat) ceiling surface.
